The film reflects the dialogue between contemporary art and haute cuisine

Documenta is a prestigious contemporary art exhibition held every 5 years in Kassel, Germany, and lasts exactly 100 days. In 2007, Ferran Adria became the only chef in the world that he was invited to participate in this art exhibition. The film also has the participation of partners as Todolí Vincent, director of the Tate Gallery in London, Roger M. Buergel, director of Documenta, Mari Bartholomew, director of MACBA, Laurance Russell, director of the Fundació Tàpies or Montse Aguer, Director of the Dalí Foundation, among others.

With this proposal, the CRAC wants to open a space for theoretical reflection on contemporary art, as it began on June 9 with a lecture on "AixòÉsart" the artist Luis Izquierdo.

CRAC 2011 is a cultural initiative of the City of Roses, curated by art historian and artist Juanjo Martinez Toni Viñuela that bring together different cultural events until August 21, born with the desire to show different disciplines of contemporary artists (video art, painting, sculpture, music, poetry, installations, photography ... or even cooking), linked in one way or another with roses.
